New practice registration is coming soon. The website does not create an account or subscription.
Where are the instructions for my account?
Log in, then select Help. Staff, clients/guardians and external supervisees have guides for their part of UP.
Where do clients log in?
Use the Client portal link above. Follow your practice’s invitation or recovery instructions if you cannot access the account.
Do the written guides play audio?
No. Narration is available only when you play a narrated tutorial video. Playback controls and captions are included.
Is live support available here?
