A few things to know.
What are the solo and group prices?
Solo practices pay $45/month for one clinician. Group practices start at $65/month for the first clinician, plus $30/month for each additional clinician. Two clinicians total $95/month; ten total $335/month. One nonclinical admin staff account is included per practice.
Are claims and card processing included?
Claims and card processing are separate from the subscription. Final claims rates are still being determined and will be disclosed before registration opens. No subscription or payment is created by this calculator.
How do telehealth and other connections work?
Teams, Zoom and supported calendar connections require the relevant account setup and authorizations. Connected services may have separate charges and agreement requirements. Availability will be confirmed before commercial launch.
Can one person be counted twice?
Count each person once. A clinician who is also an administrator belongs in the clinician count. External supervisee pricing covers supervision-only access and does not grant access to a practice’s clinical responsibilities.
What about adding people or leaving a practice?
Final trial, proration, cancellation, data export and offboarding terms will be provided before registration opens. Historical clinical records remain subject to practice ownership, applicable retention rules and the signed agreements.
